R & J Cylinder and Machine was founded on a basic principle of taking pride in what you do. The company has been driven by this since its inception in 1990 and will continue to drive it for decades to come. The three founders have over 100 years of combined experience in the manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and precision machining services. Our manufacturing facility is located in Dover, Ohio, which is approximately 30 minutes south of Canton, Ohio, home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Today we have over 35,000 square feet of production capacity. We utilize state of the are CNC mills and lathes to meet exact tolerances that our customers demand. We have over 35 dedicated associates who are highly skilled at what they do. They all believe and live by our founding principle of taking pride in what you do. Many of whom who have been with the company since it began back in 1990.
