SCOPE OF SERVICES

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) / MIG Welding
MIG welding is one of our most versatile and widely used processes. It provides excellent penetration, clean weld appearance, and reliable performance for steel and alloy components. Ideal for cylinder shells, end caps, brackets, and general fabrication, MIG welding delivers consistent structural strength with efficient turnaround times.
Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) / TIG Welding
TIG welding allows fine control over heat and filler, producing clean, precision welds ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, specialty alloys, and bronze cladding. This process is used for detailed repairs, thin-wall components, and complex assemblies where accuracy and weld integrity are critical.
Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
SAW provides deep penetration and smooth, uniform welds under a protective flux layer. It is ideal for heavy-wall cylinders, pressure-bearing parts, and structural weldments requiring long, continuous, high-strength welds.
Rotary Welding with 3 Torches
Our rotary welding system uses synchronized torches to create uniform, circumferential welds on cylindrical components. This method increases accuracy, reduces distortion, and boosts efficiency for repeat production.
Automated Port Welder
Our automated port welder ensures precise alignment and consistent weld penetration for hydraulic cylinder ports, bosses, and attachments. This automated process improves weld quality and supports consistent pressure performance.
3‑Station Robotic Welder with Rotating Headstocks
Our robotic welding system delivers high-speed, repeatable welds ideal for production components. The rotating headstocks provide multi-axis positioning, enabling uniformity and reduced rework across large batch jobs.
Electrical Resistant Heat Treatment System
Our electrical resistant heat treatment system provides controlled heating cycles for preheating, stress relief, and post-weld treatment. These processes strengthen materials, reduce internal stress, and enhance performance in demanding applications.
Annealing Furnace (10’ x 12’ x 18’)
Our large-scale annealing furnace improves material workability, reduces internal stress, increases toughness, and prepares welded components for machining, forming, or final assembly. Its capacity supports large cylinders and structural weldments.
