Honing is the operation of internal cylinder finishing.

Ability to use, or be trained to use devices like micrometers, gages, and other devices.

R&J Machine CDL Driver

• Monday through Friday day shift starting at 6:00AM. Deliver and/or pick up starting from our New Philadelphia location to customers and service providers almost always within 150 air miles from base. We try to be back at base by 3-4pm daily.
• Paid hourly (overtime after 40 hours)
• Starting wage between $20.00-$22.00 per hour.
• 99.99% home every night
  • There might be a very rare occurrence where it is asked to run a multiple day load. If that happens, hotels and meals are provided.
• Drive a day cab semi with a 36’ flatbed trailer.
  • The equipment is newer and well maintained.
• Prefer 1-year CDL A driving experience.
• Flatbed experience would help, but we are willing to train.
• Driver is required to:
  • Pre trip, post trip
  • Maintain daily maintenance log.
  • Secure load – we will train if needed.
  • Tarp load – if needed – we will train if needed.
  • Fill fuel and DEF when needed. 
  • Keep track of daily mileage, fuel, receipts, and load paperwork.
  • Navigate to and from the needed stops using efficient routes approved for the equipment being driven. 
  • Operate equipment in a safe and law-abiding manner.
  • Follow FMCSA rules.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and fit for duty test.
  • Pass random drug and/or alcohol tests.
  • Obtain and keep a valid CDL Class A license and a valid DOT medical card.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks with a forklift and/or a remotely operated overhead crane would be great, but we are willing to train how to do so.
  • We do staff material handlers, but it is sometimes may be necessary to load and unload your truck.
  • On the off chance that there are no loads to haul, we would have you help shipping and receiving handle material.
• Pass pre-employment MVR and background check.

We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee all aspects of our financial management. Responsibilities:

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

– 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.

– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Global Shop Solutions software preferred.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
